What next after 30 days? I want to say a big thank you and congratulations to every pearl who has diligently followed through the 30 day prayer declarations for our husbands/ future husbands.
To the married amongst us; Don’t give place to impatience or discouragement. Seeing answers to your prayers can take time, especially if your marriage is deeply wounded or strained. Be patient to persevere and wait for God to heal. Remember it is your responsibility to pray, it’s God’s job to answer. Leave it in his hands.
To the singles; You have just sown seeds into the lives of your husbands, and I must say a big congratulations. So while you are waiting, keep thanking God for bringing to pass all that we have prayed about. I can’t wait to hear your testimony.
I would admonish everyone of us to consciously thank God daily using the 30days of prayer declarations as a guide, for example “Lord Jesus, I thank you for blessing my husband’s finances, health, work, etc.
For the next few weeks we will be focusing on something really interesting and important to every woman; COOKING! Yes, I just said that. Proverbs 31 verse 15 “She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens”.
Though it is important for us to have a good spiritual life, it is also important we sharpen our cooking skills. We will be posting at least 1 recipe every week for us to try out, especially our local Nigerian meals from different tribes.
By the way this blog is 2years this month, so I would want to use the opportunity to say a big thank you to God who has been the greatest source of inspiration and wisdom. I also want to appreciate everyone who has been there for me over the years, I love and cherish you all, muaahhh.
